The queen room was pretty decent, plus, we got some nice views from there. The staff were super friendly and awesome! 🌟

Spacious and tidy rooms with large closets; comfortable bed for early sleep.

The standard queen room we stayed in was newly decorated with a good closest to hang things, a view of Mount Royal, 1 queen bed. Good food served, nice hot and delicious breakfast.

The hotel's central location near the metro was convenient for exploring the city. The staff at the hotel were top-class, providing exceptional service.- The standard queen room exceeded my expectations, especially the clean bathroom.

The location was marvellous and peaceful, within walking distance of Montreal Eaton Centre. The staff was efficient and gentle on arrival and throughout the stay. Had essentials needed in the double room, including tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator.

The breakfast definitely should have been included.

It is very difficult to open the windows for ventilation.

The hotel is very centrally located. The rooms are solidly furnished; the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. It is a pity that there was no breakfast buffet in the hotel itself. The Café Castel that is straight connected to the hotel was indeed very good, but it did not open until 07:30 a.m., a thing that was a little problematic if one already had to attend an external business meeting at 08:00 a.m.
